OSSF Design

This is also known as a septic design.  We can take your site plan and make that work with the requirements of the State and County regulations.  The design will consist of several components.  A illustration of the tanks and field.  We will provide all the calculations for the field and tanks and we will have a layout of the property to include the house and any objects that need to be placed on the drawing such as wells.  The drawing will be to scale and show and label all the components of the system.

Residential Design

We can design a system that will satisfy the regulatory agency and your wishes as well.   We would need a site plan  that will give us a good start on the layout. 

Soil & Site Evaluations

This goes hand in hand with the design phase.  This will determine what type and how large the system will be required accoring to State & County regulations.

Septic Study

This has many names according to the county or agency .  Some counties call it a subdivision review.  It is also know as a septic study or OSSF feasibility study.  This service ranges widely in price due to size of property, number of lots and location.  We can help with this area if you are dividing land into several parts or just platting a single piece of property.
